- Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details. You can also give by PayPal or bank transfer.
- Receipts
- Every donation is acknowledged with a receipt sent by email.
- Transparency
- Each campaign page shows the amount raised, and the Transparency page explains how funds are allocated.
- Stories
- Stories are published only after review and with the storyteller's consent, and can be removed on request.
- Languages
- The website is available in 15 languages.
